Entry numero uno

My first entry! I'll be blogging about life in Jakarta in general. The "big durian" has lots of interesting layers that most non-residents are unaware of. My aim is to peel off the layers exposing the sweet and teary layers of this huge, sprawling, constantly traffic jammed city I call home.
